    Come visit our unique office in the US Bancorp Tower (Big Pink). Our entrance is inside the lobby by the security desk.

    We validate parking for the garage underneath the US Bancorp Tower (111 SW 5th Ave, enter from SW Pine ) and the garage across the street ( 129 SW 4th Ave ). Just bring your ticket in with you to your appointment!

    Our In-House Membership Plan was designed for you! For $420/year, the Standard Plan includes two cleanings, two exams, x-rays as needed, and 20% off other treatments. The Perio Plan offers enhanced care for those with periodontal disease: three periodontal cleanings, two exams, and more for $600/year. Both plans provide savings on just preventative care alone!
